Things you need to become a member of staff:
-At least 13 years of age
-Fluently speak english (if you speak any other languages include that in your app)
-Maturity
-At least 5 hours of game-time
-Good knowledge of how to moderate a server
Including extra details in your app will increase your chances of getting trial (Previous employment, Gmod gametime etc.)
